Dedicated to the memory of Duke
This site is a tribute to Big Al, who was born in Llwynypia, Rhondda on May 26, 1947.
He died at home following his struggle with cancer and dementia. The cancer was what got him in the end.
Please leave memories of him, donation to Macmillan or add a picture as you feel appropriate. We would prefer this to flowers.
He is much loved and will always be remembered.

We met Alan when he, very generously, came and plastered our loft room. We had a young family with a new born son and had just bought our first house, so money was tight. He worked very hard and made our new DIY loft room look fantastic. Thanks again Alan. We have very fond memories of him whilst he was with us. What a top bloke. Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with Jon and his family at this very sad time.
